Move to name Ross Brown as co-chair of the Elite Athlete Committee.

Rationale: Due to professional and personal commitments, Todd Sweeris has submitted his resignation as co-chair.  The EAC has agreed to replace him with Ross Brown.

Closing date for voting:  Friday, December 8, 2006, Noon-Mountain Time, or as soon as everyone has registered their vote.
