Motion: USATT Bylaw Change

Moved to strike Section 25(o) of the Standing Rules for the Nominating and Elections Committee and replace it with the following:
For 2006 only, the chairman of the Nominating/Elections Committee is authorized to conduct the 2006 Election of National Athletes’ Representatives to the USA Table Tennis Board of Directors via e-mail. He shall do so in such a way so that no voter is compelled to unwillingly waive any degree of confidentiality. The Chairman must strictly honor confidentiality in all circumstances, sharing pursuant email votes only with the USATT General Counsel and the Chairman of the Rules & Officials Committee.

Closing date for voting: Tuesday, November 28, 2006 Noon Mountain Time or as soon as everyone has registered their vote.
