2012 Advertising Rates & Print Schedule

ADVERTISING INFORMATION All prices and other items are subject to change without notice *If you have a question regarding the receipt of your magazine, please contact the Circulation Director, Andy Horn, at ratings @ usatt.org *Large files should be e-mailed to magazine @ e-hopkins .com USA TABLE TENNIS MAGAZINE PRINT SPECIFICATIONS: *No text should be within .25" of the edge of the live image area. USATT Magazine is not responsible for any loss of text or visual outside of the live image area. Four Color Process Ads: We accept DIGITAL FILES ONLY. We will endeavor to work with files created with any graphics program, though .jpg and .pdf files are preferred. The preferred delivery method is email. Please send files to magazine@e-hopkins.com. We are willing to download files from your FTP site or to provide you with FTP access for delivery if necessary. However, a low-resolution copy of your ad should still be submitted via email in a .jpg or .pdf format. Delivery may also be completed via mail --media accepted includes CD, and DVD. SEND ALL MATERIALS TO: Premium Locations: Certain locations are available via open bid proces only. In these processes, preference is given to longer contracts (not to exceed 1 year). The premium locations include the following: (1) Front Cover Logo, (2) Back Cover Full, (3) Inside Front Cover Spread, (4) Inside Back Cover Spread, (5) Center Spread. If you would like to have your company included in the bid process, please email your full contact information to magazine@ usatt.org. Placement Guarantee: Placement may be requested at an additional charge of 20%. Art charges: $50/hr. Our designers can help to create your print campaign. Proofs: Proofs will be provided upon request for ads that have been created by USA Table Tennis staff. Changes must be returned by 5:00 PM on the deadline date or within 24 hours of receipt of the Proof. USATT Magazine is not responsible for errors or omissions. Payment Specs: Payment for single Issue ads is due with ad artwork. *All advertising rates are net (Agency commissions should be added to the rates listed). All new accounts must send payment for their ads in advance of our ad deadline. Multi-Issue contracts will be invoiced on the date of shipment and shall pay within 30 days. Late fees of 10% of the ad rate will be charged monthly to delinquent accounts. Long Term Contracts: In order to receive a multi-Issue discount, ads must run consecutively. *Ask about multi-ad discounts *Tournament ads and coaching ads will receive a 50% discount for full-page, 2/3 page, or 1/2 page ads provided that the entire content of the ad is coaching and/or tournament oriented and that no other discounts are currently being applied to the ad. *For USATT sanctioned tournaments only, and for U.S. clinics with a USATT certified coach. *All pricing is net to USATT (agency rates/discounts are no longer available). *Placement Guarantee: Placement may be requested at an additional charge of 20%. The next bid process will be announced in the Spring of 2009. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- USA TABLE TENNIS MAGAZINE DEMOGRAPHICS Our reader demographic spans 7 to 100 years old, with an average age of 45. A third of our readers are between the ages of 40 and 60, 21% of our readers are between the ages of 20 and 40. 36% of our readers have a household income greater than $100,000 and another 40% have an a household income between $50,000 and $100,000. 89% of our readers are male, and 11% are female. An advertisement with USATT Magazine will support an Olympic sport while delivering a great return on your investment. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- USA TABLE TENNIS MAGAZINE ADVERTISING CONTRACT I contract to run a ________ (size) ad at the rate of $_______ per issue for the next _____ Issue(s) of the magazine. If you have any questions concerning deadlines or anything else, please email the Editors at magazine @ usatt.org. Any single-Issue or new advertisement for which payment has not been received by the posted deadline may be held until a future Issue. Any changes in multi-Issue advertisements must be made by the posted deadline, or the Editors may choose to run the previous advertisement. All payments not received by the deadline will incur a late fee (single-Issue advertisement payments are due at the time the artwork is submitted, the deadline for all new ads is at the time the artwork is submitted, the deadline is multi-Issue advertisement payment deadline is 30 days after the shipment date, *multi-Issue payments will be invoiced on a per-Issue basis with payment for that particular Issue due within 30 days of the shipment date for that Issue). Advertisers agree to pay any shipping charges for artwork sent to publisher. All rates are quoted on COD terms. Publisher is not responsible for printing problems originating from poor quality materials submitted by advertiser, late materials or changes made to ads after materials deadline. When space is contracted and no ad or instructions have been received by the materials deadline, the previous ad will be repeated or the space will be forfeited at publisher's discretion. Advertisers assume full responsibility for content and subject matter of their advertisements though publisher reserves the right not to publish an advertisement that is improper or misleading. Advertisements and articles are accepted upon the representation that the author, agency or advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. The author/agency or advertiser will indemnify and hold publisher/magazine harmless from all claims legal action resulting from plagiarism, rights to privacy and copyright infringements. Thank you,
